Job summary

Mazuma Credit Union in the Kansas City area is seeking a Relationship Builder - Teller to serve members at the branch and drive-thru, handling daily transactions and helping members reach their financial goals with confident, accurate service.

You will balance vault cash and cash handling equipment, explain fees, and refer customers to Advisors for more complex needs, while maintaining a positive team-focused attitude and Mazuma values.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in customer service, hospitality, finance, or cash handling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an amazing experience to Members in branch and drive-thru.
• Balance vault cash, drawers, cash recycling, and cash disbursement machines.
• Assist Members with daily account transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, and bond processing.
• Explain account activity and fees to Members.
• Make product referrals, and refer Members to Advisors for advanced needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and commitment to creating exceptional Member experiences.
• Uphold Mazuma's values through exceptional service and care for Members.
