Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
• Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, mail deposits, night drop, and cash advances.
• Grant access to safe deposit box and scan checks.
• Validate accuracy and process member checks; place and communicate check holds.
• Assist with online and mobile banking; maintain branch appearance.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
