Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related experience in banking, customer service, sales, or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments as requested by the member.
• Educate members about Credit Union products and services and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, and services from partners.
• Exhibit leadership by setting a positive example for team members and fostering an inclusive work culture.
• Maintain accuracy with member transactions and cash handling, balancing and audit standards and following policies.
• Stay informed about updates in policies, security procedures, compliance, and laws; participate in branch meetings and use communication channels.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and at different branch locations as needed.
