Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Full-Time Teller to serve as the primary contact for member transactions, helping to build strong relationships and resolve member questions. The role emphasizes adherence to policies and privacy, while handling daily transactions and account maintenance in a busy branch environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing deposits and checks, updating contact information, and supporting online banking.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of six (6) months of Teller or cash handling experience.
Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance-related field may substitute for experience requirements.
Minimum of six (6) months working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet members and explain basic products and services.
Maintain branch appearance and member area.
Process address, phone number, and email changes; handle check re-orders and direct deposits.
Assist with online and mobile banking and conduct routine transactions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory training; ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
