Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to handle cash and check transactions for members in a fast-paced environment. You will promote Credit Union products, cross-sell services, and maintain accurate balances while delivering friendly, professional service.

Under supervision, you will assist members with online banking and mobile banking tools, maintain accuracy, and support team colleagues across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1+ year of member/customer service and cash handling experience.
• Excellent math skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately for members, guests, and fiduciary accounts.
• Promote Credit Union products using a member benefit-based approach.
• Refers, sells, and cross-sells Credit Union services.
• Balance cash and checks at end of day; reconcile transactions.
