Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller who, under the supervision of the Branch Manager or Front‑Line Service Supervisor, creates a positive and engaging member experience by processing transactions for natural person members, guests, business members, and fiduciary accounts with excellent member service.

Promoting Credit Union products using a member‑benefit approach, the teller will comply with BSA/OFAC policies, balance cash daily, and support backup coverage across locations while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of member/customer service and cash handling experience.
• Completion of Teller Progression requirements for Teller Service Specialist.
• Excellent math skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer Credit Union products and services to current and potential members.
• Comply with BSA, Patriot Act and OFAC policies.
• Provide professional, courteous service in processing transactions.
• Refer, sell and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Process cash and check transactions accurately and securely.
• Ask questions to uncover member needs and make referrals.
• Maintain accurate balances and reconcile end-of-day transactions.
• Backup for other Tellers and support MSR areas as needed.
