Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining the branch, and supporting online banking initiatives while adhering to regulatory requirements and UFCU values.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of Teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for experience.
• Minimum six months working in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members
• Process transactions, mail deposits, night drop, and cash advances
• Explain basic products and services
• Identify product needs
• Resolve member issues
• Maintain branch appearance
• Adhere to policies and regulatory training
