Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties and providing guidance.
• Communicate goals and feedback; train associates on processes and procedures.
• Support member service approaches to resolve complaints per company guidelines.
• Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Promote membership types, programs and benefits to members and prospects.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; encourage renewals.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and transactions at registers or self-checkout.
• Oversee area operations: merchandise, layout, cart retrieval, and cleanliness.
• Complete accounting records and cash handling procedures; prepare deposits.
• Develop and implement processes with managers to meet business needs.
• Demonstrate company ethics and Open Door Policy; support integrity initiatives.
• Lead and participate in teams; provide feedback and support to meet timelines.
