Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area; assign duties, train on processes, and guide member service approaches.
• Communicate membership information; process memberships, upgrades, and credits; encourage renewals.
• Provide member service: assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and support self-checkout.
• Oversee area: handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, manage shrink and damages.
• Perform daily accounting records, deposits, and cash fund transfers; protect confidentiality.
