Job summary

Sam’s Club in Waco, TX is seeking a full-time front-line supervisor to assist in running a busy club, supervise associates, and deliver friendly member service. You’ll help with training, coaching, and scheduling while supporting store goals and brand standards.

You’ll engage with members, process memberships and transactions, oversee operations, and contribute to safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Walmart Sam’s Club offers competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a path to develop

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers
• 6 months customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area; assign duties; communicate goals and feedback; train on processes and procedures; guide member service approaches; resolve member issues per guidelines; support Open Door Policy and recruiting/hiring/scheduling/coaching/evaluating.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, using self-checkout, and fulfilling club pickup orders.
• Oversee area: organize merchandise, manage shrink, maintain cart availability, and ensure parking lot cleanliness.
