Responsibilities

• Supervises associates by assigning duties and giving direction to meet goals.
• Trains associates on processes, procedures, and member service approaches.
• Supports membership information, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Provides member service guidance and assists with purchases and self-checkout.
• Manages area by handling claims, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Completes cash handling, deposits, and accounting records following procedures.
• Drives adherence to company policies and ethics.
