Job summary

Sam's Club in Quincy, IL is seeking a front-end associate to assist management by supervising associates, assigning duties, and coaching teammates to deliver member service according to company guidelines. You will help process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and support recruitment, scheduling, and training to maintain a strong team.

You will also assist members with purchasing decisions, operate registers or self-checkouts, and ensure accurate cash handling and friendly service.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area and assign duties to ensure service standards.
• Promote membership and process memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Provide member service by assisting with purchases and self-service tech.
• Handle cash register operations and maintain accuracy.
