• Provides member service and helps with purchases and self-service guidance.
• Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourages renewals.
• Maintains merchandising and housekeeping; handles claims and returns.
• Participates in recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
