Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties and giving direction to ensure service goals are met.
• Provide information on membership types, programs and benefits to current and prospective members.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, encourage renewals and participate in sales/marketing events.
