Job summary

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area and provide direction and feedback.
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting at checkout and with self-service options.
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts and promote store programs and benefits.
• Oversee area operations: organize merchandise, handle claims/returns, and ensure cleanliness and availability of supplies.
