Walmart's Sam's Club in Richmond, VA is seeking an associate to assist in supervising front-end operations and delivering excellent member service. You will help with duties, training, and guiding associates while ensuring policies are followed and members receive support throughout their shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly wage with potential premiums and a benefits package including health, retirement plans, PTO, and discounts.

Qualificações

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, assigning duties and providing guidance to ensure member issues are resolved per guidelines.
• Provide member service: assist purchases, guide self-checkout, process memberships and orders.
• Oversee area: handle claims, organize merchandise, maintain availability and cleanliness, perform basic cash operations and deposits.
