Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a hands-on front-end supervisor to assist management in supervising associates, assigning duties, and ensuring exceptional member service. You will communicate goals, train associates on processes, and guide service approaches to resolve issues in line with company policy.

You will also support recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff while promoting Sam's Club products and services during sales events and member outreach.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties
• Provide direction, guidance and coaching on member service approaches and techniques
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and handle claims/returns
• Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates
• Promote Sams Club products and services to members and participate in sales events
