Your role includes processing payments, assisting with exchanges, and reporting issues to management while supporting training and continuous improvement across the frontline team.

• Maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas; ensures a safe shopping environment.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products.
• Identifies member needs and assists with purchasing decisions.
• Reports unsafe situations and helps safeguard Sam's Club assets.
