Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Colorado Springs is seeking a full-time associate to assist management in supervising team members, drive member service, and support sales and operations in a busy club.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and providing direction and feedback.
• Provide member service, process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and promote memberships.
• Handle claims, returns, merchandise organization, and maintain club cleanliness and availability of carts.
• Complete accounting records, process deposits, and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
