Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties
• Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts as needed
• Assist members with purchases and transactions at registers or self-checkout
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the club and stock availability
• Complete daily deposits and support accounting procedures as needed
