Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates by assigning duties and guiding service approaches to ensure member satisfaction.
• Assist management with recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and promote Sams Club benefits.
• Provide member assistance with purchases, self-checkout, club pickup orders and merchandising.
• Handle claims, returns, and maintain store appearance, stock and safety.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs and ensure policy compliance.
