Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback
• Provide member service by assisting members with purchases, locating merchandise, and guiding self-checkout
• Support Open Door Policy and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Recruit, hire, schedule, promote, coach and evaluate associates as needed
• Oversee area operations including handling claims, returns, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Perform accounting records and daily cash handling duties following office procedures and security principles
