Job summary

TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Relations Specialist I to handle member inquiries, assist with banking products, and guide customers through digital channels. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent service in a regulated environment.

The position requires familiarity with MS Office, basic banking knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year call center and/or technical trouble shooting experience preferred.
• Basic member service experience in banking or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Member Relations Center Call Queue and assess caller needs to provide direct assistance or route to the correct department.
• Verify caller identification using the phone authentication procedure.
• Support members with services including checks, debit cards, IRA deposits, and account updates as needed.
• Provide product and service support for Virtual Branch, Mobile Banking, and MARCIA with enrollment and login issues.
