Job summary

• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals; investigates discrepancies.
• Completes required documentation in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educates members on digital services and self-service tools to strengthen relationships.
• Provides exceptional member experiences and cross-sells products based on member needs.
