Job summary

TTCU Federal Credit Union is seeking a member-focused professional to assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications, open accounts, and maintain deposits. You will handle transactions, balance cash drawers, and use core systems to support service delivery.

This role requires strong customer-service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse members. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and completion of TTCU training programs is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field is required.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Advanced attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software such as Keystone, OnBase, KeyInsight, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-members with lending inquiries and loan applications, gathering information and communicating status.
• Open new accounts including all deposit-related products and ensure information is complete and compliant.
• Process member transactions accurately, balance cash drawer regularly, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Build trusting relationships to contribute to credit union production and service goals and refer appropriate services.
