Qualifications

• Basic member service experience in banking preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and determine member needs to assist or route.
• Verify caller identification using phone authentication.
• Provide a wide array of services and support for members.
• Support enrollment and troubleshooting for Virtual Branch, Mobile Banking, and MARCIA.
• Refer appropriate services using Touché CRM and stay informed on current products.
