Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to join our in-person team in Ohio. You’ll lead front-desk operations, promote memberships and Dot Fit products, and ensure policy adherence across staff.

Strong customer service and at least 1 year in management are preferred as you drive member engagement and store performance. Responsibilities include guiding teams, showing new hires the ropes, performing gym tours, and maintaining accurate records in our systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
