Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking a Member Services Supervisor to lead front-desk staff, drive membership sales, and deliver exceptional member experiences at our club.

The role involves implementing policies, coaching staff, conducting gym tours, enrolling members, and maintaining records in Crunch Fitness systems. This is an in-person, full-time position with health insurance and a free gym membership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• 1 year of management experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies for the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Illustrate an ability to make decisions.
• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, presentations, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll them in a gym membership.
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk-around to ensure cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, master systems and phone calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours for all prospects and enroll them in a gym membership
• Continuously sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of their regular sales presentation
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk around to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
