Crunch Fitness in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily gym operations, supervise the MSR team, and deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with Crunch brand standards.

You will assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, monitor KPI performance, and support the General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and member services. CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility or customer service management experience.
• Experience meeting KPI targets and driving performance.
• CPR/AED certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Experience leading and supervising employees preferred.
• Clear communication and confident demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing team to maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor staff performance against KPI standards.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member service issues with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to drive new member sales.
• Oversee member integration, programs and services.
• Ensure clean facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee front desk and Kids Crunch activities.
• Utilize Crunch tools for incident reporting and communications.
