Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. You will handle Member Services and product sales, meeting individual sales goals while applying consultative selling to identify needs and close opportunities.

The role requires learning and applying knowledge across AAA products and services, adapting to different branch environments, and traveling between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries or call centers valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability, travel willingness, and cover shifts at multiple locations.
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Member Services and product sales across branches.
• Meet individual sales goals using consultative selling techniques.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch targets.
• Identify Member needs and tailor solutions for various branch environments.
• Learn and adapt to multiple product lines and systems across locations.
