Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is hiring for a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards.

You must learn rapidly across product lines and adapt to different branches to ensure seamless Member experiences, including Saturdays at the South Roseville location. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are valued.
• Drive for results and meet deliverables on time.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel and cover shifts at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including Member Services and product sales, applying consultative sales techniques to uncover needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to reinforce Membership value.
