Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding member service and drive product sales across several branch locations. You will learn and promote AAA products, help members with inquiries, and contribute to branch goals.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, 2–4 years of work experience with at least 1 year in sales, and flexibility to travel between branches and work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Able to learn and cross-sell multiple AAA products and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer interactions including member services and product sales while meeting individual sales targets.
• Understand and apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and close opportunities.
