AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to Members across multiple branch locations. The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and the ability to identify needs and provide solutions through product knowledge and consultative selling.

This position rotates between branches, with a focus on achieving individual sales goals while maintaining excellent member experience and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with professional and friendly attitude and problem-solving resolution.
• Strong sales skills with ability to meet or exceed goals; active listening and effective communication.
• Knowledgeable about AAA products and services; ability to identify needs and present solutions.
• Ability to adapt to different branch teams and member bases; flexibly switch between service and sales.
• Technical proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications; learn new processes quickly.
• Adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance across branches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and value to Members through genuine care and personalized service across branches.
• Meet individual sales targets by applying consultative sales techniques and promoting AAA products and services.
• Learn and adapt to multiple product lines, services, and systems to provide seamless service wherever assigned.
• Support branch goals by contributing as a strong, collaborative team member and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
