The Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA is seeking a Welcome Center Advisor I in a part-time, nonexempt role. You will greet members, handle check-ins, process registrations, and answer calls to support a member-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
• Proficient with email and PC-based applications.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and sign in guests.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Process program registrations and membership transactions.
• Provide accurate information about programs and services; follow up as needed.
• Support training and safety procedures; maintain a clean, safe work area.
