Responsibilities

• Read the Membership Communication book at the start of the shift.
• Assist with tours for members and guests.
• Learn front desk manuals during training (two weeks).
• Reconcile daily cash drawer accurately.
• Promote family membership and program enrollment.
• Greet and assist members at the service desk and answer phones politely.
• Maintain a clean and organized member service desk.
• Ensure proper member check-in at the desk.
