Job summary

Planet Fitness in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a superior member experience and help guests feel welcome.

You will greet members, answer phones, check in members, give club tours, sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates, while keeping the facility clean. This full-time, on-site role includes an overnight shift 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with a $1/hour premium and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Continual standing and walking during your shift.
• Continual talking to members and prospects in person and by phone.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and relay updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
