Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time CLUB Outfitter in Minnesota to deliver world-class customer service while promoting the CLUB program. You will serve as a product expert, assist with membership activations, and provide a seamless CLUB experience across payments, accounts, and inquiries.

The role requires 0–2 years in a customer service setting, strong communication, and adaptability to store processes. Part-time benefits apply, with competitive starting pay and opportunities to coach peers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities
• Process CLUB applications and memberships
• Demonstrate products to customers
• Maintain CLUB inventory and booth organization
• Provide full CLUB Member experience including payments and account questions
• Provide daily feedback and reports
• Support other duties as assigned
