Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter in Rogers, MN to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB benefits. You will assist guests with becoming or maintaining CLUB Membership, handle account questions, and drive sales while adhering to CLUB processes and compliance.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and a proactive approach to coaching peers. This part-time position offers employee discounts and benefits through the CLUB program.

• Maintain CLUB Booth organization and accurate inventory.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB operational programs and reporting.
