Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and explain CLUB benefits. You will be the CLUB product expert, assist with member activation, CLUB sales, and compliance while maintaining a welcoming store presence.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, processing payments and applications, and delivering the full CLUB Member experience with timely reporting and peer coaching. Part-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership or exclusive member experiences.
• Operate CLUB processes including member activation, applications, and payments.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness; support club-related sales and compliance.
• Provide CLUB member experience and store support as needed; report insights.
