Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Rogers, MN. You will be the product expert, perform account servicing, sell CLUB memberships, and process applications while ensuring a world-class shopping experience.

The role requires a High School diploma with 0–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour with part-time benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service while explaining CLUB benefits and enrollment options.
• Present customers with Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB membership opportunities and process applications.
• Operate CLUB processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate CLUB inventory and booth organization.
• Demonstrate products and address customer questions to meet store metrics.
• Provide daily feedback and reports and support CLUB advocacy.
