Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring for a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Minnesota. You will provide world-class customer service, promote CLUB memberships, and act as product expert for CLUB processes including activations, sales, and compliance. You will support daily CLUB operations across the store and assist customers with payments and account questions.

Starting pay is $15.00–$17.75 per hour. Part-time benefits include retail discounts, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership and benefits.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs; process applications.
• Provide CLUB Member experience including payments and account questions.
