Job summary

Planet Fitness in Brockton, MA is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free experience for members and guests. You will greet visitors, assist with sign-ups, process memberships, handle inquiries, promote the Judgement Free Zone and support daily club operations.

You’ll engage with members on the club floor, meet sales goals, coordinate with the Club Manager on concerns, maintain cleanliness, and help keep facilities safe.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club and assist with questions during check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones politely and help callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and club sales goals.
• Conduct member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Process retail transactions and drive sales.
• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Address maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
