A Member Consultant II in the Central District delivers an exceptional member experience, leveraging product knowledge to identify and address consumer financial needs and referring to specialized services when needed.

This role requires rotation across POD branches, travel to Tukwila for training, and a one‑year commitment with flex shifts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution (desirable).
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
• Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA and fiduciary accounts.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center to fulfill members' needs.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and access to planning resources.
