Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is hiring a Member Consultant II to deliver high-quality member experiences across branches in the Central District. You will apply product knowledge to meet member needs, guide financial solutions, and refer complex cases to specialists while upholding exceptional service standards.

The role includes rotating across POD branches, up to a year of cross-branch assignments, and required travel to training centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
• One year of experience in a financial institution is desirable.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales across business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through call center.
• Assist community with financial wellness through education, budgeting, debt management, or planning resources.
