Job summary

BECU is seeking a skilled Member Consultant II to enhance the member experience across branches in the Central District. You will diagnose consumer financial needs, refer to specialized services, and resolve member inquiries with product knowledge.

You will rotate across pods (Kent Station/Redondo/Renton Benson/Renton Landing), complete a 12‑week in‑house training, and work flexible shifts to support scheduling and community outreach. BECU offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented financial or retail environment is preferred.
• Spanish language fluency highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience and sales consultations across product areas including business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
• Sign line and loan documents originated through outbound/inbound calls, ensuring members' needs are fulfilled.
• Assist the community with financial wellness through education programs, budgeting help, debt management, and access to planning resources.
