Job summary

BECU is looking for a Member Consultant II to deliver exceptional member experiences through knowledgeable product guidance and sales opportunities across consumer lending, deposits, and fiduciary accounts. This role requires travel across pod branches, strong communication, and a commitment to community financial wellness.

Training is provided, with rotation across branches, and a 12-week in-house program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and sales across banking products and services.
• Sign all line and loan documents originated through the call center.
• Assist the community with financial wellness and provide budgeting/financial planning guidance.
