Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and 10-key calculator.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loans and account changes.
• Take loan applications in person or by phone and prepare them for review.
• Open new accounts and update existing accounts.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services to members.
• Ensure compliance with policies including BSA and CIP.
• Balance daily transactions with minimal errors.
