Job summary

First Florida Credit Union is seeking a branch-based support professional to assist members with loan applications, new accounts, and routine transactions. You will respond to member needs with fairness and integrity, process deposits and payments, and help ensure accurate records and cross-sell services.

The role emphasizes quality service, adherence to regulatory requirements (BSA/ CIP), and teamwork within the branch.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Take member loan applications in person or by phone and prepare them for review by a Loan Officer.
• Follow up with the Loan Officer to determine status and schedule closing.
• Assist members with establishing new accounts or changes to existing accounts including deposits, loans, and changes to personal information.
• Receive and process member financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cash advances.
• Cross-sell Credit Union services to members and answer routine questions.
• Maintain policy compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Customer Identification Program.
• Balance daily transactions with minimal errors and prepare documents for imaging.
