Job summary

First Florida Credit Union is hiring a member services specialist to assist members with accounts and loan needs. You will explain loan programs, process applications, and prepare documents for accuracy while disbursing funds promptly.

The role includes cross-selling insurance and banking products and following up after disbursement. We value strong communication, problem-solving, and reliability, with a focus on compliant service under BSA and CIP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience three to five years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of banking products including deposits and loans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with BSA and CIP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with opening and closing accounts.
• Explain loan programs and recommend options.
• Process loan applications and forward to loan officer.
• Prepare/review loan documents for accuracy.
• Disburse approved loans in a timely manner.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and act on them.
• Follow up after loan disbursement and conduct onboarding calls.
• Ensure compliance with BSA and CIP policies.
