Job summary

First Florida Credit Union is hiring to join a dynamic team committed to exceptional member service. The role involves taking member loan applications in person or by phone, processing deposits and transfers, and assisting with account openings and maintenance.

You will collaborate with Loan Officers to review and close loans, balance daily transactions, and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and customer identification procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant banking/credit union experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and other account services.
• Explain banking products and cross-sell services to members.
• Process loan documents and coordinate loan closings with Loan Officers.
• Maintain accuracy by balancing daily transactions with minimal errors.
• Provide outstanding member service and represent the branch professionally.
